One of the top wing guards on the east coast, Brandon Randolph, has committed to Arizona.
The 6’6 sniper out of Westtown School (PA), chose the Wildcats over Syracuse, Oregon and Wake Forest after visiting the school this past weekend. Randolph told Scout.com, “After taking all my visits and obviously they were my last visit, I just had a good feeling going into it. It was a great atmosphere there with great academics and I guess it was just the best fit. It had everything we were looking for.”
A New York native, Randolph stock rose this summer after playing on the Nike EYBL circuit with PSA Cardinals where he teamed up with fellow Westtown School teammate and Top five player, Mo Bamba. Randolph averaged 15.8ppg throughout the circuit where he displayed his ability to be a sharpshooter, shooting 37% from beyond the arc.
Arizona has caught a lot of buzz this fall after solidifying a commitment from the Class of 2017 top player, DeAndre Ayton. With Randolph now joining along with sharpshooter Alex Barcello, the Wildcats now have the No. 1 recruiting class.
