Bamba, Reddish, Diallo Headlines PSA Cardinals Prep School Showcase


The ProScholar Athletics organization is hosting a prep showcase December 4th, 2017 featuring some of the top players in the country.

The event will take place at The Hill School in Pottstown, Pennsylvania and will feature nationally ranked prospects such as Mo Bamba (No. 2,, Hamidou Diallo (No. 10)Cam Reddish (Top 15 Junior), Brandon Randolph (No. 38), Isaiah Mucius (Top 30 Junior), Eric Ayala (Top 50 Junior), and Bryce Golden (Top 75 Junior).

Below are matchup previews for each game:

Peddie School (NJ) vs. Top Flight Academy(CN) (10:30am)

During the first game of the Prep Showcase, New Jersey’s Peddie School will take on Canada’s Top Flight Academy where senior guard Tyler Jones will looked to lead his team. The 5’11 point guard, who is hearing from some Patriot schools, will be joined by 6’4 wing guard Bruce Edwards, a post-grad player out of California. Leading the way for TFA will be Australia native Manel Ayol, a 6’6 slasher who transferred in from Montebello High in Colorado.

Hill School (PA) vs. Isaiah Christopher Academy (NJ) (12:00pm)

6’4 junior wing guard, Chase Audige, is looking to lead the Hill School after playing this summer for the PSA Cardinals in the Nike EYBL circuit. Audige currently holds offers from Rice, Stony Brook, St. Joes, Towson and a few others and looks to have a breakout season for the Rams. Junior guard Da’Quan Morris will look to adding scoring for the Rams while 6’7 sophomore forward Xavier Mayo will be asked to battle in the paint for rebounds and garbage buckets.

Hun School (NJ) vs. St. Luke’s School (CT) (1:30pm)

St. Luke’s School is loaded with talent this season starting with Boston University commit Walter Whyte, a 6’6 hard-nose wing who was apart of the PSA Cardinals team that lost in the Nike EYBL Peach Jam championship. Joining Whyte is athletic guard Joel Boyce, a 6’3 senior who holds an offer from NJIT. Sophomore point guard Jonas Harper is a excellent distributor with Ivy league schools keeping tabs while 6’9 sophomore big man Scott Vollmer will use his length to defend in the paint. Leading the way for Hun School is 6’4 combo guard Austin Hutchinson, a sharpshooter that likes to get others involved on the floor as well.

Westtown School(PA) vs. Saint James School(MD) (3:00pm)

A team featuring the No. 2 player in the class of 2017 (Mo Bamba) and the No. 4 player in the class of 2018 (Cam Reddish), Westtown School is full of high major prospect that are being recruited by the best of the best. Not to mention, Arizona commit Brandon Randolph is one of the best shooting guards in the country while Stony Brook commit, Anthony Ochefu, is a developing forward with good instincts. Saint James School will be led by junior big man Isaiah Mucius and Bryce Golden, both top 100 big man, along with Mount St. Mary’s commit Omar Habwe.

Phelps School (PA) vs. Putnam Science (CT) (4:30pm)

Putnam Science features top 10 prospect Hamidou Diallo, a 6’6 shooting guard who is eligible for the 2017 NBA Draft and one who has been attracting many scouts to games. Joining Diallo is top 50 junior combo guard Eric Ayala who has offers from schools such as Syracuse, Arizona, UConn, Maryland and many more. Floor general Jaheam Cornwall has been showing promise and stepping up to the plate for Putnam Science while big man Isaac Kante will look to defend the post. Kaleb Morton, a 6’4 high-scoring transfer from Delsea, will look to lead Phelps along with 6’10 Cherry Hill East transfer, Tim Perry.
